A V-Y mucosal advancement of the lip is a procedure that adds volume to the lip without the use of dermal fillers. Hymenoplasty

A hymenoplasty, also known as a hymen restoration or hymen repair, is a plastic surgery procedure to restore the hymen, a membrane that partially covers the vaginal opening.

During childbirth, it is common for women to experience a tearing or purposeful cutting of the perineum which is the area between the vaginal opening and the anus for easier delivery. If a clitoral hood reduction is being performed in conjunction with a labiaplasty, the incisions for the labiaplasty may simply be extended into a “Y” shape to reduce redundant skin above the clitoris. Other patients may only require skin excision to reveal a hidden clitoris. Dissolvable sutures will be used during the procedure. Most patients are able to resume normal activity within a few days and penetrative sex within 1 month.

During sclerotherapy treatment, a solution is injected into the vein causing it to collapse and eventually die. The most common agents used in sclerotherapy are hypertonic saline, sodium tetradecyl sulfate, polidocanol, and chromated glycerin. While results can be visually seen almost instantly, final results are determined after several weeks, once the veins have died.

Once it has been determined that the spider veins are not an indicator of a more serious health concern and any larger varicose veins have been successfully treated, sclerotherapy can be performed on smaller surface veins. The patient will lay comfortably on a table while the treatment area is cleansed. Next, a tiny needle will be used to inject the veins with the sclerosing agent.
