Yes. All new clients receive a personalized consultation before treatment to ensure your selected services align with your goals and medical history. Depending on the procedure, the consultation can happen on the same day as the treatment or separately. Any procedures that require separate days for treatment and procedure will be listed as a “consultation” in the booking flow.

Treatment times vary by service. Most aesthetic treatments take 30 to 60 minutes, while wellness services may be shorter or longer depending on the protocol. Treatment durations can be viewed on our online service menu or in your appointment confirmation email.

Complimentary parking is available in the parking lot behind our West Hollywood location with additional metered street parking available as needed.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, complete any remaining intake forms, and settle in before your treatment begins.

Bring a valid photo ID for check-in and age verification if required.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $50 late cancellation fee. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied toward future services.

No-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or modify your treatment to fit the remaining time.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Please contact us as soon as possible—exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

We accept all major credit cards, AEDIT Credits, gift cards, and select digital payment options. Cash payments are also accepted in person.

Yes. We offer flexible payment options exclusively through Cherry, which allows you to split your treatment cost into convenient monthly payments. Please speak with our team for details or assistance with the quick and easy Cherry application process.

The AEDIT WELL+ Membership is a curated monthly wellness and aesthetics program designed to help you achieve your best results while enjoying exclusive savings.

Membership is $99 per month, and every dollar goes back to you as AEDIT Credits that can be used toward any treatment.

AEDIT Credits acts as cash that can be used to purchase products and services exclusively at AEDIT Cosmetic Wellness.

AEDIT Credits can be used to pay for services and products at AEDIT Cosmetic Wellness.

Your AEDIT Credits balance can be viewed on your account dashboard. If you pay using AEDIT Credits, your wallet balance updates when the transaction is complete after your appointment.

You can earn AEDIT Credit by joining the AEDIT WELL+ membership, purchasing or receiving an AEDIT gift card, or referring a friend using your unique referral code found in your account dashboard.

Credits roll over each month and never expire while your membership is active. If you cancel, you’ll have one year to use any remaining credits.

Any unused AEDIT Credits remain in your account for one year from your cancellation date.

No. AEDIT Credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.

Gift cards for AEDIT Credits can be purchased in person at our West Hollywood location or by calling our team at XXX-XXX-XXXX.

Gift cards can be used toward any AEDIT treatment or service. They cannot be redeemed for memberships, cash, or other gift cards.

AEDIT gift cards never expire and retain their full value.

Yes. All AEDIT Cosmetic Wellness providers are licensed professionals with advanced training in aesthetics and wellness treatments.

Downtime varies per treatment. Your provider will give you personalized post-treatment care instructions and recovery expectations during your visit.

Some treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. If you are pregnant, nursing or trying to conceive, please contact our staff prior to booking your appointment.

Please share any medical conditions, allergies, or medications with your provider during your consultation. This ensures your treatment is safe and effective.
