This Privacy Policy describes how AEDIT, LLC and our subsidiaries and affiliates ("AEDIT," "we", “us” or "our") processes personal information that we collect through our digital and physical properties or services that link to this Privacy Policy (including as applicable, our website, AEDIT: AI Plastic Surgeon App and social media pages) as well as our marketing activities, live events and other activities described in this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”)). Contact data, such as your first and last name, salutation, email address, billing and mailing addresses, phone number, and business contact information if you are a provider of aesthetic services.
Demographic data, such as your city, state, country of residence, postal code, and age.
Profile data, such as the username and password that you may set to establish an online account on the Service, date of birth, redemption code, biographical details, photograph or picture, links to your profiles on social networks, interests, preferences, information about your participation in our contests, promotions, or surveys, and any other information that you add to your account profile.
Communications data based on our exchanges with you, including when you contact us through the Service, communicate with us via chat features, social media, or otherwise.
Payment data needed to complete transactions, including payment card information or bank account number.

Cosmetic preferences data, such as your desired areas of improvement and cosmetic concerns.
Facial data, with your consent where required by applicable law, such as scans of photographs you upload to or take in connection with your use of the AEDIT: AI Plastic Surgeon App, and data derived from this information.
Biometric Facial Data, if you use the app’s photo editing features, we collect biometric data such as facial scans of photographs you upload to or take using the App, and data derived from this information. We do so by making use of Apples built in TrueDepth API. The TrueDepth Camera that is built into newer Apple Phones allows AEDIT to determine the distance of a pixel from the front facing camera thus allowing us to determine the facial measurements of our end users.
Professional credentials if you are a provider of aesthetic services, including your role or specialty, and your educational or work history.
Other data not specifically listed here, which we will use as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.

Device data, such as your computer or mobile device’s operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, RAM and disk size, CPU usage, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address, unique identifiers (including identifiers used for advertising purposes), language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (e.g., Wi-Fi, LTE, 3G), and general location information such as city, state or geographic area.
Online activity data, such as pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, the website you visited before browsing to the Service, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times and duration of access, and whether you have opened our emails or clicked links within them.
Precise geolocation data when you authorize our AEDIT: AI Plastic Surgeon App to access your device’s location.
Communication interaction data such as your interactions with our email, text or other communications (e.g., whether you open and/or forward emails) – we may do this through use of pixel tags (which are also known as clear GIFs), which may be embedded invisibly in our emails.

We may offer features that help users invite their friends or contacts to use the Service, and we may collect contact details about these invitees so we can deliver their invitations. Please do not refer someone to us or share their contact details with us unless you have their permission to do so.
Cookies, which are small text files that websites store on user devices and that allow web servers to record users’ web browsing activities and remember their submissions, preferences, and login status as they navigate a site. Retention of Facial Data
For any facial data that we collect from you, we will retain such facial data only until (a) the initial purposes for which AEDIT collected your facial data has been satisfied, or (b) three years following your last interaction with AEDIT (e.g., the last time you used our platform or service). After such occurrence, we will delete your facial data in accordance with applicable law.
We may share your personal information (including your facial data, unless otherwise stated) with the following parties and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, in other applicable notices, or at the time of collection. We make commercially reasonable efforts to verify that the parties with whom our mobile application shares personal information provide a level of protection of personal information consistent with the practices described in this Privacy Policy, except that all such parties described above other than service providers and affiliates may, to the extent permitted by law, use personal information as described in their own privacy policies.
Affiliates. Our corporate parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates.
Service providers. Third parties that provide services on our behalf or help us operate the Service or our business (such as hosting, information technology, customer support, online chat functionality providers, email delivery, marketing, consumer research and website analytics).
Payment processors. Any payment card information you use to make a purchase on the Service is collected and processed directly by our payment processors, such as Stripe and Apple. Third parties designated by you. We may share your personal information (excluding facial data) with third parties where you have instructed us or provided your consent to do so, including for example, a partner cosmetic provider.
Partners. We may share your personal information (excluding facial data) with third parties with whom we partner, including parties with whom we co-sponsor events or promotions, with whom we jointly offer products or services, or whose products or services may be of interest to you.
Linked third-party services. If you log into the Service with, or otherwise link your Service account to, a social media or other third-party service, we may share your personal information (excluding facial data) with that third-party service. The third party’s use of the shared information will be governed by its privacy policy and the settings associated with your account with the third-party service.
Professional advisors. Professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.
Authorities and others. Law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties, as we believe in good faith to be necessary or appropriate for the Compliance and protection purposes described above.
Business transferees. We may disclose personal information (including your facial data) in the context of actual or prospective business transactions (e.g., investments in AEDIT, financing of AEDIT, public stock offerings, or the sale, transfer or merger of all or part of our business, assets or shares), for example, we may need to share certain personal information with prospective counterparties and their advisers. Sharing. Our use of the interest-based advertising described above may constitute “sharing” of your personal information (including identifiers and internet/network information described in the CCPA) with our advertising partners from which you have the right to opt-out. Sales. We do not otherwise “sell” personal information as defined by the CCPA. We do not have actual knowledge that we have sold or shared the personal information of California residents under 16 years of age.
Verification of Identity and Authorized agents. We reserve the right to confirm your California residence to process your requests and will need to confirm your identity to process your requests to exercise your information, access or deletion rights. As part of this process, government identification may be required. Consistent with California law, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. In order to designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, you must provide a valid power of attorney, the requester’s valid government-issued identification, and the authorized agent’s valid government issued identification.
