About Yan Yampolsky, DMD
Dr. Yan Yampolsky was born in in Russia and immigrated with his family to the United States in 1991. He grew up in Los Angeles. Following in his father's footsteps who was passionate about following dentistry, he graduated from Claremont College with a degree in Human Biology and went on to continue his education at a dental school of Midwestern University. Following his graduation, Dr. Yan started practicing dentistry at his father's office and later on, in 2014, started his own practice in San Fernando, CA. He joined the American Dental Association and California Dental Association and developed a special interest in working with kids providing painless care and helping them develop healthy dental habits. He became one of 10,000 dentists-volunteers who worked at the ADA Foundation's Give Kids A Smile program, offering the underserved children free oral health services. Dr. Yampolsky enjoys getting to know patients on a personal level and working with the wonderful staff at Ultra Dental. In his free time, he loves spending time with his wife and son. He is a savvy traveler and a big Lakers' fan.
