About Stephen Oustatcher, DDS
Dr. Oustatcher graduated from New York University College of Dentistry at the top of his class. He graduated as a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national honor society. He also received the N.Y.U. Founders Day Award and the academy of General Dentistry Award. After dental school he interned with the United States Public Health Service in San Francisco and then served two more years with the United States Public Health Service in California and Connecticut. In 1973 he joined Dr. Alvin D. Cederbaum in New Rochelle, N.Y. Where continues to practice Family Dentistry. His greatest satisfaction in his profession is the ability to relieve his patients of their anxiety towards dentistry and alleviating their discomfort. He also loves spending time with his many grandchildren and traveling. Dr.Oustatcher is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, the 9th District Dental Society, and the New Rochelle Dental Forum, where he served as their past president.
