About Rebekah Browder, DDS
Born and raised in Stratford, Dr. Browder completed her Bachelors and Doctorate at New York University. She was President of the nationally renowned NYUCD Aesthetics Study Club, completed Honors programs in both Aesthetic Dentistry and Public Health Dentistry, and received several awards and honors, including election to the Peer-review Board, Dental Public Health Award, and NY State Dental Foundation Student Recognition Award, among others. Upon graduation, Dr. Browder was selected to represent her class with an All-University Commencement Student Profile. After receiving her Doctorate, Dr. Browder matched into the sought after New York Methodist Hospital General Practice Residency Program, pursuing advanced training in oral surgery, pedodontics and prosthodontics. She then joined the faculty at USC Ostrow School of Dentistry, teaching predoctoral students and providing care to children as part of a school-based public health program, and was a member of the California State Dental Association’s Ethics Committee. Dr. Browder returned home to Connecticut and is pleased to join Barnum Dental where she provides compassionate, educational and comprehensive care to all her patients.
