About Paul W. Luczynski, DDS
Dr. Paul discovered his path to dentistry after stepping away from college for a year to do volunteer work overseas. He found the experience of helping people to be the most rewarding aspect of those adventures. Building a community and helping through dentistry keeps him motivated to keep learning and providing better service to clients. A top priority at The Dental Docs is keeping current with techniques surrounding dentistry. Dr. Luczynski has exceeded 50 hours of continuing education in the past two years and has served as a committee member for the California Dental Association. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, San Diego County Dental Society, and local study clubs. Most recently, Dr. Luczynski has been excited about advances in Invisalign Treatment, a simple way to get straighter teeth. He has also completed advanced training in implant placement and CEREC crown technique (same-day crowns). All of these services provide patients with better and faster treatment results. As a native of the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Luczynski grew up in Washington State and attended Seattle Pacific University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. After graduation, he attended Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in Southern California to complete a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Paul, along with his wife and daughter (plus their dog Bronson) love San Diego life. They enjoy paddle-boarding in Mission Bay, dining in Little Italy or relaxing at La Jolla Shores for sunsets.
