About Melissa F. Minger, DMD
Dr. Minger’s focus is on treating patients who have complex dental problems, dental esthetic concerns, TMD issues, and sleep issues. Her passion for dentistry shines through in her detailed work and the genuine care with which she treats her patients. She loves creating and rebuilding smiles with everything from conservative touch-ups to complete smile makeovers. She enjoys the gratifying work of planning and executing dental treatment to change peoples’ lives for the better. Since the beginning of her career, Dr. Minger has been a leader in local and state dental societies and multiple volunteer organizations. Her passion for continuing education shows she has committed her career to learning. She has completed the curriculum at Dawson Academy and taken courses at Pankey Institute, and has been a member of Spear Education Faculty club since its inception. In 2008, Dr. Minger completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at the University of Florida. During this time, she became highly skilled in treating multidisciplinary complex cases, emergency treatment, dental implants, endodontics, hospital dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, and administering oral conscious sedation. She enjoys mentoring others and in 2018 was awarded a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. In her free time, Dr. Minger loves to travel. She enjoys anything and everything outdoors, and most importantly, spending time with friends and family.
