About Matthew Bender, DMD
Thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Dr. Matthew Bender. I grew up in North Carolina and have lived in Utah since attending BYU as an undergraduate. When not working, I enjoy playing sports, hiking, camping, spending time with friends and family, and doing home-renovation projects. I’m also the proud uncle of eight and I stay busy running around to their activities in an effort to secure the coveted title of favorite uncle. I served an LDS mission in Argentina and enjoy using Spanish to serve a greater number of people—I have also enjoyed the incredible opportunity of going on some humanitarian trips to South America to provide dental care to those in need. I attended Roseman School of Dentistry here in Utah and for the past four years I have been providing comprehensive dentistry in the area. I love what I do—I love creating relationships with my patients, getting to know them and what is important to them, in both life and in their oral health. I believe that high-quality dentistry includes not only a focused and methodical medical approach but also an artistic element. In that regard, I continually study and attend leading seminars to stay abreast of the latest trends in dental techniques and technologies in order to better serve my patients. I have seen countless patients dramatically improve their lives as they obtained optimal oral health. I look forward to meeting and serving each of you and your families.
