About Kurt M. Obeck, DDS
Dr. Obeck earned his undergraduate degree in three years at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia. He then attended the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry and graduated in 1988. Feeling the need to serve our Nation, he joined the U.S. Army’s dental corp and was accepted into their Advanced Education in General Dentistry and finished #1 in his class. He continued on to Germany where he served for three years eventually returning to Richmond to practice with his best friend and classmate from MCV, Dr. Norman. He has extensive training and continuing education in all aspects of functional as well as cosmetic dentistry to include Invisalign. Dr. Obeck and his wife, Lisa, have four children.
