About Karla A. Dosch Fisher, DDS
Dr. Karla Dosch Fisher is known for her friendly style and personal connection with her patients, including telling stories and sharing a laugh. “I love the patients I care for. We live in a very international area and it is fun to meet and care for our friends and neighbors from such a diverse community.” Dr. Dosch graduated from the University of Michigan Dental School, Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 1992. With completion of her Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at the University of Connecticut she gained extensive experience with prosthodontics and restoration of dental implants. If Dr. Karla Fisher is not at her practice, she can be found with her family, at church, serving on the Planning Council, Communion Team leadership, or pursuing the interests in photography, cross stitch, jewelry making or English bell playing. A true mom at heart, she is frequently playing the role of “cookie and popcorn mom” at her children’s boy and girl scout troops. Both Don and Karla are active members in the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, Oakland County Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, Better Business Bureau, Internet Dental Alliance, and the University of Michigan Alumni Association. As a family and business, they contribute financially to support numerous local programs such as Lutheran Social Services, community sports teams, The Optimists, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Special Olympics and The Friends of Scouting. They have shared a practice since 1996, and are proud parents to three wonderful children.
