About Jill A. Seguin, DDS
Dr. Jill Seguin believes the most important part of her job is taking care of her patients – removing their fears, and making sure they feel comfortable. Dr. Seguin offers a distinguished professional background and over 24 years experience in dentistry. Dr. Seguin graduated from University of Detroit, School of Dentistry, and immediately after attended an advanced dental residency program at Detroit Receiving Hospital. She went on to complete an Oral Surgery Fellowship at Ohio State University. Dr. Seguin’s strong drive for excellence led her to earn several certifications from the acclaimed Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Studies; complete advanced training with the Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education; and pursue her associate’s membership with the International Association of Orthodontics. Dr. Seguin has also earned recognition as Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a rigorous award requiring numerous written exams and 500 hours of continuing education. Now she is working on becoming a Master, the highest rank of the AGD! To stay on the cutting edge of clinical knowledge, she averages approximately 150 hours of continuing education a year, which exceeds the State of Michigan’s maintenance of dental licensure requirement by 300%!
