About J. Karl Sachs, DDS
Dr. Sachs has provided dental care to Towson area residents since 1974. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland. He was in practice with his father, Dr. Myron Sachs, for over 20 years. Annually attending continuing education courses enables Dr. Sachs to stay at the forefront of dentistry so that he can provide optimal care to his patients. He regularly attends courses focusing on cosmetics, periodontics, endodontics, implants and orthodontics, so that the most current treatment options are available to his patients. Dr. Sachs is dedicated to serving the local community. He regularly donates his services or reduces his fees for patients facing economic difficulties through the Maryland State Dental Association's Donated Dental Services. Dr. Sachs was a Clinical Instructor at the University of Maryland Dental School in the Special Patients Clinic for five years. He served as Secretary for the Baltimore County Dental Association for a year and was on the Executive Committee for nine years. He also served on the Audit Committee for the Maryland State Dental Association for three years. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Maryland State Dental Association and the Baltimore County Dental Association. Dr. Sachs resides in Lutherville with his wife, Tina, and their two sons.
