About Howard Perlmutter, DMD

Oradell, NJ cosmetic dentist Dr. Howard Perlmutter has been displaying a passion for the dental care of his patients since he first began offering private dental treatment in 1986. As a dentist, his focus is on creating personalized, complete treatment plans for each of his patients. Dr. Perlmutter understands that each patient has had different experiences and dental issues in the past, and he believes that this prior dental history should shape current treatment plans to ensure the best possible results with the highest levels of patient satisfaction. Dr. Perlmutter graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson Dental School in 1985 and completed his residency in endodontics at Bronx Lebanon Hospital in 1986. Because dentistry is a continually changing and improving field, Dr. Perlmutter has continued his education with advanced courses in cosmetic dentistry and implant dentistry, including courses through Nobel BioCare and Zimmer Dental, allowing him to stay abreast of the most recent strides in dental care. His continuing education includes studying enteral conscious sedation dentistry, as well as studies in smile design. Dr. Perlmutter received training in All-on-4™ implant dentistry at the Malo clinic in Lisbon, Portugal, the home of Dr. Palo Malo who first pioneered the technique. Dr. Perlmutter continues to seek out new types of advanced dental treatments and promote continued education for the team at Oradell Family Dental in order to expand the quality and level of care you receive.
