About Glenn P. Goodhart, DDS
Dr. Glenn Goodhart has been a lifelong resident of Cheltenham Township. He graduated from Cheltenham High School, attended LaSalle College, and graduated from Temple Dental School. He completed an Advanced Education General Dentistry Residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia and is a graduate of The University of Pennsylvania Didactic Oral Surgery Residency. Dr. Goodhart served in the US Army Dental Corps, was a prison dentist, and school dentist for Cheltenham Township. He was an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University where he lectured on Homebound Dentistry. Dr. Goodhart also helped to open the Klein-Life Dental Clinic. Glenn was a past president of the Elkins Park Rotary Club and a member for 45 years. He was on the Cheltenham Township Health Advisory Committee for 20 years. Dr. Goodhart’s father, Dr. Robert R. Goodhart, was a dentist and Glenn has practiced at the same location for over 50 years in Cheltenham. Glenn is happy to have joined the team at the Elkins Park office of UDFD in November 2018. Dr. Goodhart has been committed to providing quality dental care to the community at large and has a special interest in the treatment of patients with disabilities and the Homebound. In his free time, Dr. Goodhart enjoys the beach, travel, music, performing arts, and visiting his daughters in Boston and San Francisco.
