About Cheng Zhu, DMD
Dr. Cheng Zhu D.M.D. is always on a journey to fulfill his passion for working with patients in order to give them the smile they never thought possible. In 2008, he embarked on a new venture by opening his first dental practice in Las Vegas, NV. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Dr. Zhu was a licensed Pharmacist for four years. In 2000, Dr. Cheng Zhu decided to forgo pharmaceuticals to pursue his dream and passion of becoming a cosmetic dentist. He enrolled at the prestigious Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia and graduated in 2004 with a doctorate in dental medicine. After graduating, he moved west to Reno, Nevada where he served as a dentist for the Veterans Affairs, Sierra Nevada Health Care System. After a few years and two wonderful children, Dr. Zhu decided to move to Pleasant Hill, CA where he could open his state-of-the-art family dental practice and raise his children in a calm, safe loving environment.
