About Ami Shah, DDS
Dr. Shah became a dentist to improve the appearance and confidence of individuals and to help eliminate the perception that dentistry has to be uncomfortable. She believes in continuing education, particularly courses that focus on cosmetic and reconstructive applications. I love being a dentist, because what I do makes people happy and improves the quality of their lives.Whether I’m relieving a bad toothache or helping a patient realize their dream smile, knowing I’ve made a difference in someone’s life is what keeps me practicing. My patients know me as a caring, gentle, trustworthy dentist who’s genuinely concerned about them and their dental health. As my patient, you’ll discover that I try to get to know you and how you like to be treated. I’ve dedicated myself to giving every patient the individualized care they deserve, so they can achieve and maintain beautiful smiles that last a lifetime. She attended University of Illinois College of Dentistry dental school and is a member of the American Dental Association, the Chicago Dental Society and the Illinois Dental Society.
