About T. Antonio Landers, DMD
Born in Colon, Panama, Dr. T. Antonio Landers spent the majority of his childhood in New York City and Washington D.C. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society and the Charlotte Dental Society. He is active in various study clubs around the Charlotte area and takes a number of continuing education courses across the nation to stay abreast of the current technological advances in cosmetic and general dentistry. His goal is to always ensure that he is exceeding his patients’ expectations on a daily basis. Dr. Landers is a proud officer in the Army National Guard. He has served in the military for over 20 years as an enlisted soldier and officer during which time he served as an Infantryman, Dental Lab Technician, and Dentist. Dr. Landers has had deployments overseas to Germany, Korea, and most recently to Iraq. A graduate of the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry, Dr. Landers served as the liaison between the School of Dentistry and the comprehensive tobacco cessation center delivering a number of research presentations and leaving his mark at the school in various dental publications that targeted smokeless tobacco cessation and optimizing dental oral health. Dr. Landers’ accomplishments and awards are many and include numerous Army accommodation and achievement medals and several scholastic awards. Dr. Landers actively gives back to his community, through various outreach and community service programs, serving a wide range of populations and giving individuals and families in various states access to exceptional dental care. When not practicing or serving his community, Dr. Landers enjoys traveling, golf, and spending time with his family. He is an active member in Free Masonry (PM, ADDGM) and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
