About So Y. Park, DDS
So Young Park, DDS, is a compassionate cosmetic and family dentist serving patients at her practice in San Jose, California. Dr. Park is caring and honest when working with patients. She strives to create a warm and comfortable environment for patients, while providing quality care using advanced cutting-edge technology and materials. Dr. Park graduated from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco in 2012. Prior to dental school, Dr. Park earned her Bachelor of Science in neurobiology, and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of California, Davis. From a young age, Dr. Park traveled the world and lived in six different countries – Korea, Australia, Russia, Japan, Egypt, and the United States. The exposure to different cultures helped her appreciate diversity and understand people from diverse backgrounds. She has lived in the Bay Area since 1999 and is happy to be part of the culturally-rich community. In order to keep up to date with her knowledge and skills, Dr. Park spends numerous hours taking continuing education courses and study club sessions. Dr. Park is a member of the Spear Study Club and is an active member of the South Bay Implant Study Club. In her spare time, Dr. Park enjoys yoga, hiking, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family.
