About Shabbir Y. Boxwalla, DDS
Dr. Shabbir Boxwalla has been in private practice of dentistry since 2000 in Texas. He graduated from University of Michigan, an Ivy League university in 2000. Prior to his dental education in the United States, he was also a practicing dentist in India from 1991-1996. He believes organized dentistry is a very important part of practicing, since it helps better the profession of dentistry by setting guidelines and avenues to improve the profession. Dr. Boxwalla continuously strives to provide the best treatment for his patients. He does by attending continuing education courses to learn new and advanced treatment that is available to provide optimum care. He has taken several 100 hours of continuing education which is more than the minimum 12 hours required to maintain an active license. Dr. Boxwalla, takes several hours of continuing dental education every year to maintain his active member status.
