About Samer A. Itani, DDS
Dr. Samer Itani holds a Doctorate in Dentistry and maintains his practice in downtown San Francisco. He offers over a decade of experience and quality service in providing cosmetic, general, and rehabilitation service to the general public and special care for patients whom many of his colleagues may not be equipped to treat or who need to be referred out due to special needs . These patients include seniors and those who have Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s disease, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Autism, or are otherwise medically compromised, developmentally disabled, or phobic. In office sedation, hospital general anesthesia, and house calls are a regular part of his practice. His office is multilingual and accepts nearly all insurance and spending plans. Dr. Itani is Chair of the California Hospital Dental Group, a fellow of the International Congress of Implantologists, Vice chief of the Dental Division at Kaiser Permanente, on the medical staff of California Pacific Medical Center and Marin General Hospitals, and a Commissioner for the Department of Aging and Adult Services for the City of San Francisco.
