About Richard M. Jones, DDS
Dr. Richard Jones built his practice on a gentle touch, outstanding service, and exceptional skill in cosmetic and general dentistry. He created Westlake Hills Dental Arts to uniquely combine true artistry, advanced technology, and expertise with a soothing environment. His easygoing manner puts people of all walks of life at ease. To stay on the leading edge of technology, he has taken extensive post graduate continuing education courses. He has completed courses and seminars given by some of the world’s most notable cosmetic dentists: Dr. Dickerson of Las Vegas (of LVI), Dr. Rosenthal of New York City, Dr. Dorfman of Beverly Hills (of Extreme Makeovers), and many others. Dr. Jones is one of the leading cosmetic dentists in Texas. Dr. Jones received his undergraduate degree from Duke University in North Carolina and received his doctorate from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas in 1979. He then practiced in San Diego, California for 14 years and returned in 1993 to Austin with his wife and two children. Dr. Jones enjoys tennis, table tennis, art, and spending time with his family. He is also an accomplished abstract painting artist.
