About Preston M. Scheier, DMD
Dr. Preston Scheier completed his dental education at Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree (DMD). During his time at Temple he was a member of the student council. Prior to dental school, Dr. Preston graduated Magna Cum Laude from Towson University earning a degree in Biology. After graduating Dr. Preston got to live out his dream of being able to work side by side with his father by joining the family practice. He specializes in multiple areas of general dentistry including implants, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, and complete mouth rehabilitation cases. Dr. Preston strives to perform exceptional dentistry while providing the patient with a relaxed and gentle experience. He is also constantly furthering his education with the latest continuing education courses including hands on training and seminars. Dr. Preston makes it a priority to help all of those in need of dental care even if they do not have access to it. He volunteered on a Dental mission trip to Jamaica and currently volunteers at Dr. Garces Community days in Philadelphia providing free dentistry to the Hispanic population. He also volunteers at a homeless shelter in Philadelphia and started a similar Community Day program in his office. In his personal life Dr. Preston enjoys playing basketball and is an avid Eagles and Sixers fan. He also enjoys traveling, paintballing, and spending time with his beautiful wife Alyssa and dog Selina.
