About Michelle Nguyen, DDS
When Andrew and I first met in Detroit, he asked me, "Why do you want to be a dentist?" My answer was quick: "I love helping people." I am excited to have our office in Sunnyvale - where patients come first and we can truly care for them as we would our friends and family. I was born and raised in San Jose. While receiving my B.S. in Biochemistry/Cell Biology from UC San Diego, I found my passion for serving the community through the UC San Diego Student-Run Free Dental Clinics. After earning my D.D.S. from the University of Detroit Mercy, I returned to the Bay Area, where I advanced my skills through residency training in downtown San Jose. Throughout, I have continued to serve my patients and give back by working part-time in a community clinic. I am excited to be in Sunnyvale and love having the ability to change my patients' lives by changing their minds about the dentist and transforming their smiles. I enjoy soaking up the California sun with my friends and family, Andrew, and our two corgis. I also spend my time eating (or thinking of food), baking, practicing yoga, and going to SoulCycle.
