About Mark J. Niekrasz, DDS
Dr. Mark Niekrasz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Loyola University, and he graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Niekrasz chose the field of general dentistry over a specialty because he enjoys working in all aspects of dentistry. He has attended many conferences on cosmetic dentistry, especially veneers, over the years. In addition, Dr. Niekrasz has participated in several conferences and seminars on implant dentistry, including the “your new teeth on 4 implants” technique, and he is excited about the results he has seen in the many cases he has done. He knows building long-term relationships with his patients to be the best way to treat and maintain healthy smiles for a lifetime. Nothing makes him happier than helping a patient leave with a smile they haven’t realized for years! Dr. Niekrasz has raised three children with his wife, Kathy, who is also part of his dental team. He loves his hobby of photography and believes his practice of dentistry also has a need for the artistic eye.
