About Maria H. Figueredo, DMD1

Dr. Figueredo, completed dental school and obtained her degree in Dental Medicine Doctor with Cum Laude Honors in School of Dentistry Puerto Rico, one of the most recognized and competitive Schools in the US. She chose to reside in the the State of Florida in 2004 to start her practice and raise her family. Dr. Figueredo completed an extensive Seminar from the Academy of General Dentistry in Smile Design in December 2007. Obtained her Fellowship from American Dental Implant Association as a reward for her Expertise and Experience in Implant Dentistry. She has assisted plenty of courses and seminars in Periodontal Prosthesis, Bone Regeneration Process, Techniques and Materials; Comprehensive Oral Rehabilitation and Soft Tissue Aesthetics. For the last years Dr Figueredo has dedicated her studies to Orthodontics; completing a very extensive and comprenhensive Seminar in Orthodontics with emphasis in phase I and II, airway obstruction and its link to malocclussion, orthotic treatments to improve patient profile, mastication, smile and quality of life; and conventional orthodontics to correct croocked teeth and malocclussions in children and adults. Dr. Figueredo is an active member of several outstanding associations such as American Dental Association, American Dental Implant Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Florida Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and International Association for Orthodontics.
