In 1989 Dr. Blanco received his degree as a dentist from the University of Cartagena in Colombia. In 1996 he received his DDS degree (Doctor in Dental Surgery) from New York University (NYU). Motivated for the need of a Spanish speaking dentist in the Port Chester area with quality services and reasonable fees Dr Blanco opened the office in 1997.
