About Liudmila Labrada, DMD
Dr. Labrada, a Cuban native, is a dedicated dentist to her family and practice. At the age of 17 her family decided to travel to the United States in search of freedom and a better future. She always knew she was going to be a dentist. Her first goal was to become a student at Miami-Dade College. She graduated with honors and received a full Scholarship to the University of Florida where she obtained a degree in Bachelor of Science.She attended the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in Massachusetts, where she received a Doctorate in Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree in the year 2000, graduating as one of the top in her class. She had the opportunity to gain more clinical experience at The Veterans Hospital and Jackson Memorial Hospital during an externship in the local Miami area. At Jackson Memorial Hospital she learned more about oral and maxillofacial surgeries, implant placements, facial reconstruction and restoratives. After years of hard work as an Associate, she opened her private practice in 2004. The practice is dedicated to general and cosmetic dentistry.
