About Kenneth G. Louie, DDS
Dr. Louie graduated from the University of the Pacific (UOP), School of Dentistry, in San Francisco, in 1985. He began his practice as an associate of three other dentists in five separate offices. Each of these offices were very much different, serving different communities with different types and volumes of patients. After two years of working with other dentists, Dr. Louie purchased a dental practice in Oakland. With the experiences he obtained as an associate, he chose to keep his practice small so that he could focus on the care of the patient, rather than just the business of dentistry. Dr. Louie is an active member of the Alameda County Dental Society, California Dental Association, and American Dental Association. He has served as a clinical instructor in the department of operative dentistry at UOP, and has been a volunteer dentist for the Alameda County Geriatric Dental Care Program, Coalition of Concerned Medical Professionals, and Alameda County School Screening Program. Dr. Louie is a Bay Area native, went to Oakland public schools, and currently resides in Oakland.
