About Ivana F. Thornton, DDS
The University of Michigan recertified my Brazilian DDS degree, which was earned in 2000. I believe that professional excellence is achieved through a long standing learning and practice. My extensive dental education includes a Masters and teaching. The years of practice allowed me to get people out of pain, improve their oral health and create beautiful smiles. I strive to deliver a gentle and painless dental care while developing relationship with my patients. Michigan became my home after marrying a Ford engineer working in Brazil. Family is my cornerstone and my favorite thing is spending time with my husband and young daughter. In my spare time, I also enjoy traveling, biking, Pilates, and scuba diving.
