About Henry Levine, DDS
As a dentist, I value the relationships that grow between my patients and myself. Each person has their own dental needs and personal concerns. It’s essential I truly understand what they desire from care in order to ensure the best experience and results that have the person smiling. Our conversations not only give me insight into how best to help a person, but also forge a connection between us. In the years I’ve been practicing, I feel I’ve made a difference in the lives of many people: I’ve moved them out of pain, restored function and the ability to properly chew, and made smiles even more beautiful. While I am thankful to have the opportunity to make these kinds of changes, I’m even more grateful for the friendships that have naturally developed. Dentistry is more than treating teeth: it’s forming a partnership with each person, working toward the shared goal of healthy smiles and healthy bodies. I really enjoy working one-to-one with people, teaching them about their oral health, how it affects their overall wellness, and how to get both into optimal condition. Together, we find the best treatment approach and home dental hygiene processes that work with their lifestyle and clinical needs. I want my patients to take control of their smile’s health and make knowledgeable decisions about their dental care! I attended Temple University Dental School, in Philadelphia, where I received my Doctorate of Dental Surgery. After completing a two-year internship with the U.S. Army at Fort Bragg in North Carolina I moved to New Jersey and entered into private practice. Dentistry is a constantly changing field and it’s my responsibility to remain current on developments. By regularly completing continuing education courses, I ensure my skills are in top form and I’m delivering advanced care. I’ve extensively studied dental implants, cosmetic surgery, and endodontic therapy (root canals). Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, I’ve considered Brick, NJ, to be my home for many years. My wife, Rona, is a retired 1st Grade teacher. We have two kids, Jacklyn and Lauren, both of whom are married and they each have three kids. I’m a proud grandfather of six and love spending time with them! I also love to ski and have taught each grandchild how to be safe on the slopes. I’ve skied throughout the West: Utah, Colorado, California, and Canada, as well as in Maine!
