About Hanan Abouhassan, DDS
Dr. Hanan Abouhassan, DDS is a compassionate and skilled dentist with years of experience in general, cosmetic, family and pediatric dentistry . She has taken advanced courses in cosmetic dentistry, and oral surgery to ensure she can provide the best care for her patients. Dr. Hanan is also a proud member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. She treats her patients with the same respect, care and attentiveness she would accept for her own family. Dr. Hanan grew up in Windsor, ON where she received an Honor’s Degree in Biochemistry and Biotechnology with Thesis from the University of Windsor. With Detroit being her second home, she attended Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and was awarded her Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree in 2013. Dr. Hanan continues to give back to her school and was a key member in establishing an endowment fund in 2017 for UDM students in financial need. She has been a member of the UDM Dean’s circle for her generous contributions. Dr. Hanan believes that continuing education is the key component required to build the skills necessary to stay up to date with the latest technology. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching Broadway shows, biking, kayaking and traveling the world. She looks forward to serving the Livonia, MI community!
