About Gregg E. Ueckert, DDS
Dr. Gregg Ueckert strives for perfection and lives by his personal motto, Creating Good Health and Well-Being with a Smile. His ability to empathize with patients as well as focus on their overall well-being has led him to concentrate on homeopathic treatments. Gregg is a fifth generation Texan and grew up in the Houston area where he attended high school and excelled in the study of arts and sciences. Gregg attended The University of Texas and gravitated toward the health care curriculum. He decided to continue on this path to become a dentist. In 1994, Gregg graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, as a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). Since his graduation in 1994, Dr. Ueckert has maintained a successful practice deep in the heart of Austin, Texas. Dr. Ueckert is a general dentist offering cosmetic treatments in addition to primary dental care. In this role, he takes pride in helping each patient he encounters achieve the highest levels of oral health possible. Everyone is unique, and needs must be evaluated on an individual case by case basis. Dental procedures need to be detailed and perfected; this is something I pride myself on. Dental knowledge and experience become a key factor when dealing with surgical procedures. A dentist’s focus should be helping the patient achieve their personal look and feel while alleviating pain in the process. What differentiates Dr. Ueckert is an added focus on Gneuromuscular principles in Prosthetic and Sports Dentistry as well as for treating TMD/TMJ patients. As an industry leader, Dr. Ueckert has pioneered advanced treatment methods through the applied use of Gneuromuscular dental techniques. Dr. Ueckert has received advanced training through Dr. Clayton Chan’s pioneering Center of GNeuromuscular Dentistry & Orthopedic Occlusal Advancement, Occlusion Connections. The sophisticated understanding of Craniomandibular Orthopedics achieved by studying directly under Dr. Chan’s guidance has positioned Dr. Ueckert among the top Gneuromuscular practitioners worldwide. He was a past member of the 10th District Dental Society’s peer review committee and is active in his mentoring program for pre-dental students. Gregg balances his professional life with a beautiful family and a love of cycling and boating. He and his wife, Lisa, have twin sons, Lars and Linus. Gregg is a passionate cyclist, who rides as both a competitor and commuter. His favorite saying is persistence leads to perfection. As a cosmetic dentist, he views his work as functional art and takes great pride in creating health and well-being with a smile.
