About Girish J. Bharwani, DDS

Dr. Bharwani grew up in Ohio and attended the Ohio State University, where he received a bachelor of science degree in Biology and a bachelor of arts in Business. After completing his undergraduate studies, he attended the prestigious New York University School of Dentistry. During his time there, Dr. Bharwani concentrated his studies in esthetic dentistry, having been a part of the Esthetic Honors Program. He graduated in 2010, and began working in private practice in Chicago. Dr. Bharwani moved to Houston in 2011 and has had the dental practice in Houston since then. Dr. Bharwani’s dental practice specializes in TMD and oral facial pain, cosmetic, and comprehensive dentistry. Dr. Bharwani is a firm believer in keeping up with the newest dental technologies and procedures. To better help him keep up with new knowledge, he maintains memberships in the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the American Academy of Oral Facial Pain. In 2017, Dr. Bharwani completed his mini-residency in TMD and Oral Facial Pain at UCLA. In his spare time, Dr. Bharwani tries to maintain an active lifestyle. He and his wife have been avid CrossFitters since 2011. He also enjoys playing beach volleyball and golf. Spending time in both New York and Chicago, Dr. Bharwani enjoyed exploring new foods and restaurants, and his enjoyment of both continues in Houston.
