About George D. Segel, DMD
For over 15 years, Dr. Segel has provided his patients with unhurried, gentle care using the latest techniques, materials and scientific study. A native of Union, New Jersey, Dr. Segel graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1989 and continued his studies there, graduating from the School of Dental Medicine in 1992. The following year, Dr. Segel completed a general practice residency at JFK Medical Center in Edison, New Jersey. Dr. Segel began his professional career in Bucks County while maintaining a commitment to continuing education. He is affiliated with the local state and national levels of the American Dental Association and the International Team for Implantology (ITI). Dr. Segel is a fellowship eligible member of the Academy of General Dentistry, an award given to dentists who distinguish themselves through years of post-graduate education. Dr. Segel is also an active member of the Northeast Philadelphia Dental Implant / Periodontal Prosthesis Study Club. Dr. Segel enjoys a variety of outdoor sports and playing electric and acoustic guitar. His personal time revolves around his family, his wife and triplet children.
