About Fredrick J. Paternoster, DDS
Dr. Fredrick Paternoster, also known as Dr. Rick, is a lifelong Clifton resident. In 1973 he graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, with a Bachelor of Science in biology. His received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Georgetown University School of Dentistry in 1978, and completed his postgraduate residency at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey, in July 1979. His residency fell under their general dentistry program, with an emphasis in surgical training. Dr. Rick joined his father, Dr. Angelo Paternoster, as an associate in his long-standing general practice in 1980. The son benefited from this association greatly and rapidly accumulated experience with the variety of treatments the practice provided. He currently resides in Clifton with his wife Mary and two children, Maura and Paul.
