About Brian Sladek, DDS
I have been practicing dentistry in LaGrange Park since 1992. I attended K through 8 at Forest Road Elementary, graduated from Lyons Township High School, and graduated from the University of Illinois Champaign and University of Illinois College of Dentistry. I opened my practice in the Village Market Center because of my love of this area. One of the reasons I became a dentist was due to the influence of our family dentist. He was more than a health care provider, he was a family friend. This is the type of practice that we provide. We will get to know you and your family and provide you a treatment plan that fits your goals and your budget. We know your time is valuable, so we will see you promptly at the time of your appointment. If we feel that you would best be treated by a specialist we will refer you to one that we know and trust. As a patient, you will be treated by myself, the dentist, from the beginning until the end of the procedure. We do accept most insurances as an out of network dentist but do not believe that an insurance company or their fee schedule should determine what type of treatment you are entitled.
