About Brad Stroden, Aesthetician Specialist
Obsessed with skin since developing cystic acne at age 11, Brad Stroden began his esthetics career at The Aveda Institute Minneapolis in 1994. He quickly became a skin care trainer, and then the Skin and Spa Educator for Aveda, where he provided skin and body care education and spa consulting to salons in IL and WI. In 2000, he was tasked with creating the esthetics curriculum for The Aveda Institute Chicago, and spent 8 years there as Team Leader. In 2009, Brad became a freelance educator for Aveda, which he has done since. Brad has also worked for a dermatology practice in Northbrook, IL since 1995, and has participated in medical skin care research and product and treatment development. He has also written for skin care publications and consults with skin care companies on product innovation and treatment design.
