Becoming an esthetician wasn't something I always knew I wanted to do. After high school, I couldn't stop watching YouTube videos on everything skincare and makeup. I was so interested and a little envious of these girls who made beauty their job. Throughout college, it didn't dawn on me that I could do something in this field as MY job. After graduating, I had lost all interest in my original life plan and decided to take a chance. I went to esthetics school at Paul Mitchell and it was the best decision I ever made. Going to esthetics school brought out a new person in me I never knew existed. It lit a fire in me and I finally felt confident, passionate, driven, and excited for my future. I am beyond grateful for every single person in my life who has been a part of this journey with me. It feels amazing to love what I do, feel inspired, and help so many people along the way. The greatest thing about this field is that there is so much room for growth and there are endless possibilities. There is always something new to learn and I couldn't be more ready to keep learning. I'm currently working at Pomperaug Plastic Surgery in Southbury, CT and Massage Envy in Milford, CT where I do a wide variety of facial services and build my knowledge about the skin every day.
