About Barbara J. Devine, DMD
Dr. Devine’s mission is to deliver the highest quality dental care utilizing the most advanced techniques. The goal is to have the maximum impact on the oral health and overall well being of our patient. Through mutual respect, careful communication and cooperation Dr. Devine and staff provide a comfortable and caring atmosphere in which patients always feel that we are acting in their best interests. Dr. Devine received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College. She then graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1975. She completed her residency at the Long Island Jewish-Hillside Medical Center. There she received advanced training in all aspects of general practice including Periodontics, Pedodontics, Endodontics, Oral surgery, Oral pathology, Restorative Dentistry, Orthodontics and IV sedation techniques. She has been in practice since 1977 and has been in the current location in Greenwich, CT since 1990. Dr. Devine has been part of the Visting Faculty at the Pankey Institute since 1996. She has also served as the President, Vice-President and Secretary/Treasurer of the Greenwich Dental Society. She was also an instructor at UCONN School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Devine served as a preceptor for a dental mission trip to Belize in April 2009 for the school.
