About Arnold S. Jacobson, DMD
Dr. Arnold Jacobson was born and raised in St. Louis. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Washington University School of Dental Medicine. He has an MSPH from the University of Missouri Columbia. He maintains a staff appointment in the Department of Otolaryngology of Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Jacobson serves as Attending Dentist for numerous extended care facilities and nursing homes in the St. Louis area. He was an Associate Professor of Clinical Pediatric Dentistry at Washington University School of Dental Medicine from 1976-1991. He is president of the Missouri-Illinois Dental Study Club and past president of the Washington University Dental Alumni Association. He is a Fellow of the International College of Dentists and serves as Regent of District 6. He is a Fellow of The American College of Dentists and of the Pierre Fauchard Academy as well as a member of the Greater St. Louis Dental Society, Missouri Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. Dr. Jacobson enjoys cooking and visiting with his grown children and grandchildren. A lifelong basketball fan, he is a season ticket holder for the St. Louis University Billikens.
