About Amrita Varma, DDS
Dr. Amrita Varma is dedicated to making a difference in her patients’ lives by providing exemplary dental care. This experienced and professional doctor knows that it takes more than just good technique to be a great dentist. Being a great dentist entails experience, commitment, empathy, technique, and artistry. Dr. Varma's background is only further proof of her dedication and commitment to this very specific medical field. In 1985, Dr. Varma graduated from School of Dental and Oral Surgery at Columbia Univesity, in New York City. After a successful one-year residency at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn New York, she joined this practice in 1989 and took over the practice in 1992. The practice since then has been focused on aesthetic dentistry, overall oral health and always making her patients feel comfortable. Dr. Varma has extensive training in cosmetics, restorative, and family dentistry. Dr. Varma has kept her clinical skills current through an ongoing commitment to continuing education courses. Dr. Varma's mission is to provide warm and friendly, professional and complete dental services to all patients and encourage her patients to take an active role in caring for their teeth and gums.
