About Aileen M. Zaydel, DMD
Dr. Aileen Zaydel, originally from New Jersey, is a graduate of the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. Upon graduation, Dr. Z completed her General Practice Residency at the VA Medical Center in Bronx, NY where she mastered advanced surgical and restorative techniques including implant surgery, dental rehabilitation, root canals, and cosmetic dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Connecticut State Dental Association (CSDA), and the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD). In her spare time, Dr. Zaydel enjoys the avocation of building and restoring furniture. Dr. Z has made Connecticut her new home and is thrilled to be a dentist with Shapiro Family Dentistry.
