About Tom Nack, DMD
Dr. Tom Nack is very excited to be a part of the fantastic team at On Pointe Dentistry. He is very dedicated to providing you with the most modern and comprehensive approach to assessing your oral health condition and any needs that may need to be addressed. He prides himself on providing you with as much information that you require to understand all aspects of your oral conditions and any treatment options that are available to your individual needs. Dr. Tom Nack is a Native of Wisconsin but has been an Arizona resident since 1994. He graduated from Arizona’s first dental school, Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health, with top honors and advanced training. His talents allow him to provide you with any and all dental services – all at one convenient location. Formerly, Dr. Tom Nack served in the US Navy for over eight years including time served during Desert Storm. He worked as a Nuclear Operator in charge of operating and maintaining the Navy’s largest nuclear propulsion plants onboard the USS Carl Vinson and later as a Radiological Controls Supervisor overseeing nuclear repairs on board USS submarines. During his enlistment years, he also was involved in two family startup businesses in caring for the elderly with his mother which eventually led them down here. He earned his Bachelor degree in Science with a specialization in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State College shortly after his honorable discharge. Additionally, Dr. Tom Nack worked for corporate America after his honorable discharge including work at Johnson Controls Inc. and Intel Corporation. Although Dr. Tom Nack did very well and advanced in his former careers, he was always left without a sense of satisfaction or a feeling of making a difference. That loss was filled when Dr. Tom Nack discovered the wonderful gift of being a dentist and finally being able to make a difference with each and every one of his patients in whom he takes a sincere interest. He hopes to provide you with all the information and treatment that you may need to achieve and maintain the best possible oral care and overall health.
