After graduating from Cor Jesu Academy, Dr. Wood attended Southeast Missouri State University followed by Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. Following graduation from dental school, Dr. Wood joined the practice in June of 1998. Dr. Wood and her husband Chris have four children.
