About Sarmad R. Eiwaz, DMD
Dr. Sam (Sarmad Eiwaz, DMD) has a true passion for dentistry and his patients. He takes the time to thoroughly listen to his patients’ oral health goals and needs. He then develops a treatment plan customized to each patient’s unique needs. He enjoys educating patients about their oral health and helping guide them to achieving their oral health goals. Dr. Sam is a proud Chaldean American, having been born in Iraq before his family fled to the U.S. in the mid 90s. His parents settled in Farmington Hills. Dr. Sam briefly left Michigan while attending college in Florida. However, Michigan had stolen his heart and he returned following his graduation from dental school. He presently resides in Birmingham, MI, but can often be found in Farmington Hills where he frequently visits his parents, who still live in his childhood home–just two short miles from the office. Dentistry allows Dr. Sam to beautifully blend his knowledge and skills in oral healthcare with his love of design and art. He’s able to masterfully envision each patient’s desired outcome when developing treatment plans. Dr. Sam takes great joy in seeing his patients’ dreams become reality.
