About Samuel Lavalley, DDS
Dr. Samuel LaValley was born and raised in Menominee, MI. After graduating from Marinette Catholic Central High School, he attended Michigan Tech University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in medical technology in 1974. He then obtained his D.D.S. degree from The University of Michigan Dental School in 1978. To gain additional experience, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy where he served as a lieutenant in the Dental Corp for three years. Dr. LaValley returned to Menominee in 1981 where he opened a private dental practice. He and his wife Judy raised their children here. He is currently working part-time for Dr. Andrea Polzin, who purchased his practice in 2009. From senior patients to young children, he strives to provide each patient with an exceptional dental experience. Continuing dental education has always been, and will remain an integral part of his practice. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, and the Chicago Dental Society. Dr. LaValley holds a current dental license in Michigan, Wisconsin, and California.
