About Perry T. Sowell, DDS
Perry T. Sowell, Jr. moved to Charlotte, NC in 1970. A graduate of Myers Park High School, Dr. Sowell received a Bachelor of Arts from Washington & Lee University. He continued his studies in microbiology and histology at UNC-Charlotte, ultimately entering the UNC School of Dentistry in Chapel Hill in 1978. He completed his D.D.S. in 1982 and returned to Charlotte where he acquired an established general dental practice from Dr. Zach Hull and has maintained his patient base in this location ever since. Dr. Sowell specializes in family and cosmetic dentistry. He has advanced his training through continued education and seminars in the newest materials, technologies and equipment. This dedication enables Dr. Sowell to provide the highest degree of patient care and professionalism. Outside of the dentist office, Dr. Sowell spends time with his wife and two daughters. He also has many interests and hobbies, including martial arts training, golf and woodworking.
