About Michael S. Mcmahan, DMD
Dr. Michael McMahan has always believed that having a good education has provided him with a strong foundation in dentistry. While in school, Dr. McMahan received the training and experience he needed to become qualified in all aspects of general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry. He has the ability to provide his patients with the care and treatments they deserve. Dr. McMahan strives to provide his patients with the most advanced dental care available. He is committed to continuing his education and remaining an active member of the greater dental community, both on a local and a national level. Born and raised right here in Oceanside, CA, Dr. McMahan now resides in Carlsbad with his wife Elan, who is resident musical director at Moonlight Stage Productions and a frequent musical director at The Old Globe in San Diego. They also have three children and a dog named Toby. In addition to being a dentist, Dr. McMahan is also a violist with the North County Symphony, Moonlight Stage Productions, and the Carlsbad String Quartet, and he plays electric bass with the band, the Flying Mangoes.
