About Marnie Schreiner, DDS

Dr. Schreiner, originally from Rancho Palos Verdes in Southern California, earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of California, San Diego, and graduated in 2002 from the UCLA School of Dentistry with Dean’s Honors, receiving the American Academy of Oral Medicine Award. After graduation from UCLA, Dr. Schreiner completed a one-year general practice residency at the UCLA – VA Sepulveda dental facility. Dr. Schreiner treats all of her patients as her friends and family, providing them with comprehensive, high quality treatment in a respectful, gentle and caring manner. Her commitment to high quality care is ongoing as she continues her training and education in a variety of disciplines, including cosmetic dentistry, general dentistry, Invisalign, endodontics, and periodontal care. She is an Invisalign provider, offering her patients a clear and cosmetic alternative to braces, straightening their teeth and enhancing their smiles. Dr. Schreiner has also pursued advanced continuing education in complex restorative dentistry at the prestigious Spear Education Center in Scottsdale, AZ. Through continued education, she keeps current with changing materials, improved techniques and procedures, advanced treatment planning, and new technologies. Dr. Schreiner is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) and is working towards earning Accreditation in the Academy. Through her education with the AACD, and her clinical experience, Dr. Schreiner has worked at perfecting her skills in smile makeovers, composite bonding, porcelain veneers, and crowns. She is also a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the California Dental Association (CDA), and the San Diego County Dental Society (SDCDS). Her current interests are working out, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. Dr. Schreiner especially enjoys spending time with her husband Dr. Jim Salazar and their two children.
